Brownie in a Bag

All you could need to make your own Loolums Brownies at home. Just add butter and eggs then bake and tadaaa! Easy peasy. These are an amazing activity to do with your children or friends during time off school and are great for the budding baker in your life.

All of the brownie goodness without cupboards full of ingredients, what more could you want!

Ingredients: Wheat Flour; Caster sugar; Light Brown Sugar; Cocoa; Milk Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter**, Dried Whole Milk, Cocoa Mass**, Whey Powder (Milk), Milk Fat, Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithins), Flavouring) White Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter**, Dried Whole Milk, Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithins), Flavouring) 

How To: To make, mix all of the dry ingredient together with 150g of melted butter and 3 eggs. Bake for 20/25 minutes in a lined 9 inch square tin until the mixture is cooked but still has a wobble. Chill overnight and cut into the size you'd like (Loolums brownies are cut into 7cm x 5cm and you should get 12 brownies of this size)

Store in a cool, dark place, well wrapped. Best served at room temperature.
