Cookie in a Bag

All you could need to make your own smartie oaty cookies at home. Just add butter and eggs then bake and tadaaa! Easy peasy. These are an amazing activity to do with your children or friends during time off school and are great for the budding baker in your life. They also make amazing gifts!

Cookie goodness without cupboards full of ingredients, what more could you ask for!

Ingredients: Wheat Flour; Caster sugar; Light Brown Sugar; Oats; Baking Powder; Smarties (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, whey powder (milk), rice starch, thickening agent (arabic gum), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), glucose syrup, salt, glazing agents (carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac), colours (anthocyanin, mixed carotenes, copper-chlorophyllin-complex, curcumin, beetroot red) 

How To: Preheat the oven to 180/160 fan. Line a tray with greaseproof paper. Empty the content of the bag into a bowl and add 1 egg and 90g melted butter. Mix to form a dough. Spoon the mix onto the lined tray (a teaspoon will make around 16 mini cookies or you could make around 8 larger cookies) Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool and enjoy!

Store in a cool, dark place, well wrapped. Best served at room temperature.
